Responsibilities
- Leading technical sales engagements with customers
- Understanding customer requirements and articulating technical value
- Supporting technical engagements including workshops and trials
- Providing technical interface to customers
- Owning internal cross-department communication
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Forging internal business partnerships to meet customer expectations
- Conferring with sales leadership on opportunities and strategies
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years in software sales or carrier sales/product environments
- Technical experience from product management, pre-sales, deployment or post-sales support
- Strong experience in IP Based Video, CDN, Origin, Analytics, and Security
- Telecommunications/network operator industry experience
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with technologies and customer requirements
- Spanish language skills
