Responsibilities

  • Leading technical sales engagements with customers
  • Understanding customer requirements and articulating technical value
  • Supporting technical engagements including workshops and trials
  • Providing technical interface to customers
  • Owning internal cross-department communication
  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Forging internal business partnerships to meet customer expectations
  • Conferring with sales leadership on opportunities and strategies

Mandatory Requirements

  • 10+ years in software sales or carrier sales/product environments
  • Technical experience from product management, pre-sales, deployment or post-sales support
  • Strong experience in IP Based Video, CDN, Origin, Analytics, and Security
  • Telecommunications/network operator industry experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with technologies and customer requirements
  • Spanish language skills
