Responsibilities
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of Atera's products and features
- Deliver sales training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement to Business Partners
- Conduct product demos, webinars, and onsite workshops
- Join customer and prospect calls in a technical pre-sales capacity
- Serve as a technical advisor to BPMs and Business Partners
- Act as technical contact for scripting and implementation matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage Partner resources and update training materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting
- Strong technical background in IT services, RMM, PSA, cloud-based solutions, scripting, and IT infrastructure
- Fluent English - oral and written communication skills

- Additional languages
- Sales background
- Experience in training employees, customers, partners, or sales teams
- Experience working with external Business Partners (Resellers and Distributors)
