Responsibilities

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of Atera's products and features
  • Deliver sales training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement to Business Partners
  • Conduct product demos, webinars, and onsite workshops
  • Join customer and prospect calls in a technical pre-sales capacity
  • Serve as a technical advisor to BPMs and Business Partners
  • Act as technical contact for scripting and implementation matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage Partner resources and update training materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting
  • Strong technical background in IT services, RMM, PSA, cloud-based solutions, scripting, and IT infrastructure
  • Fluent English - oral and written communication skills

  • Additional languages

  • Experience in training employees, customers, partners, or sales teams
  • Experience working with external Business Partners (Resellers and Distributors)
