Responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans
- Work with customers to understand business needs
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide technical support to customers
- Engage in problem-solving and system analysis
- Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Related technical sales or field sales support experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment systems
- Knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
- Bilingual, French/English
