Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans
  • Work with customers to understand business needs
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Engage in problem-solving and system analysis
  • Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Related technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment systems
  • Knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
  • Bilingual, French/English
