Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions and travel with experienced technical sales reps
- Introduce, demonstrate, and promote all current and new products
- Assist distributor sales personnel in training and motivation
- Evaluate territory distributor framework for coverage and efficiency
- Maximize market penetration in assigned territory
- Implement pricing policies as directed
- Design and execute distributor-level product promotion programs
- Maintain Project Tracking files and Competitive Pricing files
- Submit quarterly reports summarizing performance and competitive activity
- Complete follow-up on inquiries and leads
- Investigate, document and report complaints and claims
- Attend annual North America Sales Meeting and trade shows
- Participate in LataVan as required
Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience selling masonry veneer products
- Valid driver’s license
- Current automobile insurance
- Good driving record
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- High School Diploma
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (Oracle EnterpriseOne, CRM OnDemand)
