Responsibilities

  • Attend training sessions and travel with experienced technical sales reps
  • Introduce, demonstrate, and promote all current and new products
  • Assist distributor sales personnel in training and motivation
  • Evaluate territory distributor framework for coverage and efficiency
  • Maximize market penetration in assigned territory
  • Implement pricing policies as directed
  • Design and execute distributor-level product promotion programs
  • Maintain Project Tracking files and Competitive Pricing files
  • Submit quarterly reports summarizing performance and competitive activity
  • Complete follow-up on inquiries and leads
  • Investigate, document and report complaints and claims
  • Attend annual North America Sales Meeting and trade shows
  • Participate in LataVan as required

Mandatory Requirements

  • Previous experience selling masonry veneer products
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Good driving record
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (Oracle EnterpriseOne, CRM OnDemand)
