Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Solution Architects, Senior Solution Architects and Sales Engineers
- Develop and implement a technical sales strategy
- Support the sales process by delivering technical expertise
- Collaborate with the sales team for pre-sales technical assistance and presentations
- Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering or solution architecture
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in technical sales methodologies and solution design

- Advanced degree
- Experience in managing technical teams in a sales-driven environment
