Responsibilities
- Book 8–10 meetings per month
- Design and optimize data-driven workflows
- Execute multi-threaded outbound campaigns
- Lead discovery conversations
- Collaborate with AEs to hand off opportunities
- Architect repeatable outbound processes
- Build and manage segmented account lists
- Maintain and optimize outbound tech stack
- Define and track KPIs
- Build real-time dashboards for reporting
Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years in enterprise outbound sales
- B2B SaaS experience
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce
- Analytical and technical mindset
- Project management skills
Preferred Requirements
- Sales development experience
- Sales engineering experience
- Expertise with Apollo, Clay, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
