Responsibilities

  • Book 8–10 meetings per month
  • Design and optimize data-driven workflows
  • Execute multi-threaded outbound campaigns
  • Lead discovery conversations
  • Collaborate with AEs to hand off opportunities
  • Architect repeatable outbound processes
  • Build and manage segmented account lists
  • Maintain and optimize outbound tech stack
  • Define and track KPIs
  • Build real-time dashboards for reporting

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5–8 years in enterprise outbound sales
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce
  • Analytical and technical mindset
  • Project management skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Sales development experience
  • Sales engineering experience
  • Expertise with Apollo, Clay, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
