Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Create and execute annual and 5-year growth plans
  • Maintain a detailed database in the CRM
  • Coordinate customer events
  • Monitor customer communications and ensure timely completion of quotes
  • Lead the team focused on account success

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce, HubSpot)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite preferred)

Preferred Requirements

  • Effective forecasting knowledge and skills
  • Experience working with purchasing and contracts managers
  • Experience in leading planning sessions with suppliers
