Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Create and execute annual and 5-year growth plans
- Maintain a detailed database in the CRM
- Coordinate customer events
- Monitor customer communications and ensure timely completion of quotes
- Lead the team focused on account success
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce, HubSpot)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite preferred)
Preferred Requirements
- Effective forecasting knowledge and skills
- Experience working with purchasing and contracts managers
- Experience in leading planning sessions with suppliers
