Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the UAE and GCC region
  • Develop and manage a high-value pipeline, winning strategic new clients
  • Establish executive sponsorship with senior stakeholders
  • Represent Board Intelligence in the region
  • Collaborate with colleagues across product, advisory, and customer success
  • Build and lead a local sales team
  • Provide market insights to inform product and commercial strategy

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales leadership
  • Experience building market presence in new territories
  • Strong network in the UAE and GCC
  • Knowledge of regional business culture
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant ARR growth in enterprise sales
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience developing high performing teams
