Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients
- Initiate outbound communication to qualify leads
- Assist senior sales team members in the sales cycle
- Develop a deep understanding of Coinbase's product suite
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
- Support ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Stay current on industry trends and provide market feedback
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years institutional sales experience at a Tier 1 Exchange or financial institution
- 3+ years of experience managing a client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and clients from brokers or commercial banks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in G Suite and experience with CRM software
Preferred Requirements
- Active participation in crypto-focused communities
- Experience using Coinbase or other cryptocurrency products
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, or Web3 concepts
