Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients
  • Initiate outbound communication to qualify leads
  • Assist senior sales team members in the sales cycle
  • Develop a deep understanding of Coinbase's product suite
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
  • Support ongoing relationships with existing clients
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide market feedback
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years institutional sales experience at a Tier 1 Exchange or financial institution
  • 3+ years of experience managing a client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and clients from brokers or commercial banks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in G Suite and experience with CRM software

Preferred Requirements

  • Active participation in crypto-focused communities
  • Experience using Coinbase or other cryptocurrency products
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, or Web3 concepts
