Responsibilities
- Drive brand recognition and adoption
- Engage with customers and stakeholders
- Communicate brand value messages
- Develop business relationships as a subject matter expert
- Conduct effective customer engagement meetings
- Collaborate with field-based teams and stakeholders
- Understand and navigate payer access for patients
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Travel as required
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in life sciences, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry
- 3+ years of field-based account management experience
- Strong preference for experience in pharmaceutical sales to hospitals and specialty accounts
- Knowledge of payer landscapes and navigating payer dynamics
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Requirements
- MBA or MS degree
- Experience in Allergy/Immunology markets
- Experience with product launches
- Knowledge of local Key Opinion Leaders
