Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-tier accounts
- Drive renewals and lead price negotiations
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Team for new product sales
- Engage in client relationship building
Mandatory Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing SaaS-based client relationships
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Experience in high-velocity sales environment
- Understanding of Miller Heiman or comparable sales management methodology
- Knowledge of shareholder and regulatory reporting, performance and risk
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Experience attending industry conferences
- Ability to analyze complex business issues
- Understanding of market developments
