Responsibilities
- Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals
- Manage partnerships with distributors, third-parties, and retailers
- Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners
- Monitor inventory and P.O.S. material usage
- Assist in distributor management meetings
- Implement and execute incentive programs
- Manage relationships at chain retailers
- Collaborate with field-marketing teams
- Assist stores in packing out and merchandising
- Occasional travel to assist with other markets
Mandatory Requirements
- Customer behavior understanding
- Strong planning
- Organization and project management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Written/oral communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
- Clean driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
