Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-tier client accounts
- Drive renewals and lead price negotiations
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell solutions
- Collaborate with the Head of Account Management and Sales Team
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share expertise
Mandatory Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing and growing SaaS-based client relationships
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in high-velocity sales environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to network and build relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Miller Heiman or comparable sales management methodology
- Knowledge of shareholder and regulatory reporting
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other networking tools
- Experience attending industry conferences
- Understanding of market developments
