Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-tier client accounts
  • Drive renewals and lead price negotiations
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell solutions
  • Collaborate with the Head of Account Management and Sales Team
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share expertise

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing and growing SaaS-based client relationships
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Miller Heiman or comparable sales management methodology
  • Knowledge of shareholder and regulatory reporting

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other networking tools
  • Experience attending industry conferences
  • Understanding of market developments
