Responsibilities

  • Design, create and implement education programs
  • Develop and deploy programs for customer-facing teams
  • Manage and lead global BDR team
  • Lead sales enablement teams of content creators and technical writers
  • Educate customers on product benefits
  • Create and manage technical documentation
  • Work with customers to ensure effective product utilization
  • Develop and implement BDR training programs
  • Conduct regular needs assessments
  • Create and manage logistics for customer training activities
  • Design and implement metrics for training evaluation

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Business Management, or equivalent
  • 15+ years' professional experience
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Experience managing and developing BDR teams
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs in a SaaS environment
  • Strong background in sales enablement and customer product training

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience delivering complex concepts simply
  • Content creation and presentation experience in 1:1 and group settings
  • Experience leading multi-layered, global organizations
