Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and grow company presence nationwide
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for analytics
  • Collaborate with leadership for go-to-market strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for public safety agencies
  • Present product advantages to law enforcement agencies
  • Represent ForceMetrics at industry events
  • Manage the sales pipeline using MEDDPICC methodology
  • Travel to client sites for product demonstrations
  • Manage forecasting and company reports

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space
  • Expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence
  • Proven track record and consistent quota attainment greater than $1M+ ARR/year
  • Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements
  • Experience within the public sector B2G vertical
  • Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM

Preferred Requirements

  • Early stage tech startup experience
  • Existing relationships within Law Enforcement
