Sales Engineer, Channel

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process
• Work closely with sales team to identify customer opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams
• Address technical questions and concerns during the sales process
• Act as a technical advisor to customers
• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies
• Analyze complex multivariate problems
• Establish relationships with technical personnel
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce
• Create and deliver technical product presentations or training sessions
• Participate as part of a sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Contribute to company objectives

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Technical background in networking and security applications
• Cloud technologies experience (AWS, Azure)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with the channel
• Industry recognized certifications
• Scripting and DevOps experience
• Exposure to Identity Providers like Azure and Okta
• Experience providing solutions to Enterprise Customers
• Prior experience with cybersecurity solutions or relevant experience with IAM or other security SAAS solutions
