Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end prospect and customer lifecycle
  • Design and implement bespoke technical solutions
  • Build and maintain complex Salesforce configurations
  • Integrate and optimize revenue tools
  • Maintain data hygiene and build automated reporting
  • Debug integration issues and solve technical challenges
  • Build scalable processes and systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops role
  • 2+ years in Salesforce administration and customization
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Outreach.io
  • Experience with full-funnel marketing ops
  • Experience with PLG motions and cross-platform data flows
