Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end prospect and customer lifecycle
- Design and implement bespoke technical solutions
- Build and maintain complex Salesforce configurations
- Integrate and optimize revenue tools
- Maintain data hygiene and build automated reporting
- Debug integration issues and solve technical challenges
- Build scalable processes and systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience
Mandatory Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops role
- 2+ years in Salesforce administration and customization
- Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience with sales engagement platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Outreach.io
- Experience with full-funnel marketing ops
- Experience with PLG motions and cross-platform data flows
