Responsibilities
- Prospect and build pipeline through high-volume outreach
- Qualify and consult with prospects
- Meet and exceed performance quotas
- Collaborate with AEs and Marketing
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Embrace coaching and improve pitch
Mandatory Requirements
- 1+ year in sales or BDR
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to run crisp discovery
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle objections
- Organized and self-managed in a remote setting
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with outreach tools
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator
