Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives
- Coaching direct reports in sales strategy and management
- Recruit, retain, and nurture a team of experienced sales professionals
- Provide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions
- Develop professional relationships with clients and prospects
- Handle contract negotiations with multiple representatives
- Maintain knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings and competitive landscape
- Serve as an executive sponsor during enterprise-level deals
Mandatory Requirements
- 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience
- 2 years managing an enterprise-level sales team
- Extensive experience selling into Life Sciences
- Experience using MEDDIC sales processes
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel up to 50%
