Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives
  • Coaching direct reports in sales strategy and management
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture a team of experienced sales professionals
  • Provide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and prospects
  • Handle contract negotiations with multiple representatives
  • Maintain knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings and competitive landscape
  • Serve as an executive sponsor during enterprise-level deals

Mandatory Requirements

  • 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience
  • 2 years managing an enterprise-level sales team
  • Extensive experience selling into Life Sciences
  • Experience using MEDDIC sales processes
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
