Responsibilities
- Provide support in the initial steps for clients
- Direct sales of company services to new clients
- Establish relationships with clients in financial markets
- Achieve personal sales plans
- Follow business processes set by Team Leader
- Manage all relevant company services and products
- Contact new clients via phone, email, and messaging
- Record all client contacts in the CRM system
- Analyze market situations with clients
- Meet quality requirements for customer communications
- Analyze competitor actions and customer feedback
- Communicate relevant information to Team Leader
- Reside in nearby areas
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in telephone sales
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Persuasion skills
- Minimum experience in CRM
Preferred Requirements
- Personal trading experience in Forex, CFD or stock market
