Responsibilities

  • Own the quota setting process and develop commission structures
  • Assess sales performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure access to resources, tools, and data insights for sales leaders
  • Facilitate a sales performance management framework
  • Act as a thought leader within the sales organization

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or sales leadership
  • Salesforce
  • Excel
  • Conga
  • Groove
  • Gong (or equivalent software)
  • Hands-on experience with sales planning, capacity modeling, quota setting, pipeline management, compensation planning, and forecasting

Preferred Requirements

  • Tableau
  • SQL
  • Ambition (or equivalent software)
