Responsibilities
- Own the quota setting process and develop commission structures
- Assess sales performance and deliver actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure access to resources, tools, and data insights for sales leaders
- Facilitate a sales performance management framework
- Act as a thought leader within the sales organization
Mandatory Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or sales leadership
- Salesforce
- Excel
- Conga
- Groove
- Gong (or equivalent software)
- Hands-on experience with sales planning, capacity modeling, quota setting, pipeline management, compensation planning, and forecasting
Preferred Requirements
- Tableau
- SQL
