ESR Motor Systems is a leading distributor of industrial electric motors, focus on electric motor repair shops and power transmission distributors.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone and email to understand their needs
- Prepare and present quotes to customers, following up to close sales
- Process orders and expedite shipments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role
- Technical background or understanding of electric motors, drives, and gearboxes
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in the industrial electric motor or power transmission industry
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
