ESR Motor Systems is a leading distributor of industrial electric motors, focus on electric motor repair shops and power transmission distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through phone and email to understand their needs
  • Prepare and present quotes to customers, following up to close sales
  • Process orders and expedite shipments
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role
  • Technical background or understanding of electric motors, drives, and gearboxes
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in the industrial electric motor or power transmission industry
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
