Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and coach SDRs/BDRs
  • Own team quotas for qualified meetings
  • Design and refine multi-channel outbound strategies
  • Build and refine SDR playbooks and outreach cadences
  • Oversee inbound lead routing
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
  • Utilize Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
  • Provide performance updates to senior leadership
  • Establish a scalable SDR model
  • Assist in prospecting campaigns and events

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales
  • 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Operational management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms
  • Expertise in building SDR playbooks

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting tools
  • Experience in compliance, training, HR, or EHS technology solutions
