Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and coach SDRs/BDRs
- Own team quotas for qualified meetings
- Design and refine multi-channel outbound strategies
- Build and refine SDR playbooks and outreach cadences
- Oversee inbound lead routing
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
- Utilize Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Provide performance updates to senior leadership
- Establish a scalable SDR model
- Assist in prospecting campaigns and events
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales
- 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Operational management skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with sales engagement platforms
- Expertise in building SDR playbooks
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting tools
- Experience in compliance, training, HR, or EHS technology solutions
