Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound campaigns
  • Set up qualified appointments and space tours
  • Build strong relationships with community leaders and organizations
  • Present Aya House as a premium destination
  • Respond to rental inquiries and provide expert consultation
  • Create tailored rental proposals and close bookings
  • Upsell additional services and re-engage past clients
  • Track leads and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate to deliver high-quality service
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with clients

Mandatory Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years preferred
  • Excellent English & Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Reliable Internet & Phone Access

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to generate and close venue sales
  • Experience in cold outreach, networking, and social media engagement
  • Skilled in using Canva for basic design needs
  • Familiar with social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
