Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound campaigns
- Set up qualified appointments and space tours
- Build strong relationships with community leaders and organizations
- Present Aya House as a premium destination
- Respond to rental inquiries and provide expert consultation
- Create tailored rental proposals and close bookings
- Upsell additional services and re-engage past clients
- Track leads and ensure reporting accuracy
- Collaborate to deliver high-quality service
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients
Mandatory Requirements
- Sales Experience: 3-5 years preferred
- Excellent English & Communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Reliable Internet & Phone Access
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to generate and close venue sales
- Experience in cold outreach, networking, and social media engagement
- Skilled in using Canva for basic design needs
- Familiar with social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
