Responsibilities

  • Redesign onboarding program into a hybrid model
  • Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance onboarding content
  • Coordinate day-to-day onboarding operations
  • Partner with sales managers for role-specific coaching
  • Develop and maintain self-led learning paths
  • Track onboarding outcomes
  • Partner with subject matter experts to refresh onboarding content
  • Maintain structured content governance process
  • Gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Report on onboarding effectiveness and AI-driven innovations

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding coordination, or program management in a SaaS or GTM environment
  • Experience designing or revamping onboarding programs
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and content management frameworks
  • Comfort with AI tools for content creation and process automation
  • Organizational and facilitation skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze program data
