Responsibilities
- Redesign onboarding program into a hybrid model
- Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance onboarding content
- Coordinate day-to-day onboarding operations
- Partner with sales managers for role-specific coaching
- Develop and maintain self-led learning paths
- Track onboarding outcomes
- Partner with subject matter experts to refresh onboarding content
- Maintain structured content governance process
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Report on onboarding effectiveness and AI-driven innovations
Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding coordination, or program management in a SaaS or GTM environment
- Experience designing or revamping onboarding programs
- Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and content management frameworks
- Comfort with AI tools for content creation and process automation
- Organizational and facilitation skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze program data
