Responsibilities

  • Drive in-store execution and brand growth within assigned territory
  • Maximize upsell opportunities for poppi displays and equipment
  • Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers
  • Provide leadership and coaching to sales teams
  • Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales team
  • Leverage syndicated data to guide sales strategy
  • Participate in local and regional sales events

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1+ years of industry related experience (Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery)
  • Experience planning and executing sales strategies
  • High level in-store execution within large and small format accounts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience using sales-tracking software
  • Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
