Responsibilities
- Drive in-store execution and brand growth
- Coordinate with sales leadership
- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers
- Provide leadership and coaching to teams
- Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales team
- Leverage syndicated data for sales strategy
- Participate in local and regional crew drives and sales blitzes
Mandatory Requirements
- 1+ years of industry related experience (Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery)
- Experience planning and executing sales strategies
- Experience in high level in-store execution within large and small format accounts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using sales-tracking software
- Valid state driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
