Responsibilities
- Drive in-store execution and brand growth within assigned territory
- Maximize upsell opportunities for displays and equipment
- Coordinate with sales leadership regarding retailer activations
- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers
- Lead and coach teams for maximum market impact
- Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales team
- Leverage syndicated data for sales strategy and market execution
- Participate in local and regional crew drives and sales blitzes
Mandatory Requirements
- 1+ years of industry related experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery
- Experience planning and executing sales strategies
- High level in-store execution within large and small format accounts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using sales-tracking software
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
