Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in relevant industries
• Identify new business opportunities
• Drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals
• Extensive knowledge of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP applications
• Experience in managing key accounts and distributors
• Fluency in English
• Authorization to work in Canada

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel
