Responsibilities
- Set a clear multi-year strategy and translate it into quarterly plans
- Lead teams with a focus on coaching
- Grow pipeline quality, win rates, and account expansion
- Build data-driven operating rhythms and dashboards
- Own budgets and vendor relationships
- Design compliant processes aligned to local regulations
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and People Operations
- Represent the function to senior leadership
Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years in progressively senior roles
- Experience leading managers
- Demonstrated success building scalable processes
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Fluency with data tools
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of applicable local laws and standards
