Responsibilities
- Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media
- Execute the initial pitch to artists showcasing PR services
- Close deals with artists, labels, and managers
- Manage artist relationships and ensure their needs are met
- Build long-term relationships with artists
- Coordinate team communication regarding artist needs
- Manage CRM records and leads
- Stay informed about trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- Lead generation
