Responsibilities

  • Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media
  • Execute the initial pitch to artists showcasing PR services
  • Close deals with artists, labels, and managers
  • Manage artist relationships and ensure their needs are met
  • Build long-term relationships with artists
  • Coordinate team communication regarding artist needs
  • Manage CRM records and leads
  • Stay informed about trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales
