Responsibilities

  • Identify and Source New Artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media
  • Set up and execute the initial pitch to artists
  • Close deals with Artists, Labels, and Managers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your artists
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with artists
  • Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members
  • Add leads to the CRM system and maintain records
  • Stay informed about trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, preferably in lead generation and prospecting
  • Strong passion for music
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to set and follow daily routines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with the music industry
  • Experience with CRM systems
