Responsibilities
- Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media
- Execute initial pitch to artists about PR services
- Close deals with artists, labels, and managers
- Manage artist relationships and guide them through the PR process
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with artists
- Coordinate team communication regarding artist needs and campaign details
- Manage leads in the CRM system
- Stay informed about trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales
- Lead generation and prospecting experience
- Exceptional project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
