Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to assigned locations
- Consult with management and employees
- Support HR initiatives in performance management and training
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders
- Proactively identify challenges and offer guidance
- Ensure consistency across all functions
- Engage with cross-functional teams to drive projects
- Provide strategic HR guidance for business units
- Manage compensation policy administration
- Oversee performance management cycle
- Monitor compliance with employment laws
- Track and analyze HR trends
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Manage worker’s compensation claims
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Knowledge of investigatory protocols and best practices
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in education or highly regulated industries
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
