Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to assigned locations
  • Consult with management and employees
  • Support HR initiatives in performance management and training
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders

  • Ensure consistency across all functions
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive projects
  • Provide strategic HR guidance for business units
  • Manage compensation policy administration
  • Oversee performance management cycle
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws
  • Track and analyze HR trends
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage worker’s compensation claims

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Knowledge of investigatory protocols and best practices

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in education or highly regulated industries
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
