Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers
  • Organize and conduct onboarding programs
  • Ensure accurate documentation for offboarding
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment
  • Coordinate with vendors for benefit-related issues
  • Manage employee benefit programs
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries
  • Promote a positive work environment
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Organize HR events and activities
  • Coordinate training sessions and track participation
  • Support HR team members with daily tasks

Mandatory Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human resources or bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Experience in HR software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Familiarity with HR best practices
