Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Organize and conduct onboarding programs
- Ensure accurate documentation for offboarding
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment
- Coordinate with vendors for benefit-related issues
- Manage employee benefit programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries
- Promote a positive work environment
- Maintain and update employee records
- Organize HR events and activities
- Coordinate training sessions and track participation
- Support HR team members with daily tasks
Mandatory Requirements
- Master’s degree in human resources or bachelor’s degree in business administration
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Experience in HR software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of labor laws
