Responsibilities

• Lead market data analysis through research of industry compensation trends
• Participate in annual survey submissions and lead the annual benchmarking process
• Apply expertise in data analysis to study insights and summarize in presentations and dashboards
• Build models and conduct analyses related to compensation programs
• Support the implementation of ongoing compensation programs and tools
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology industry, compensation, consulting, finance or a similarly applicable field
• Efficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Knowledge in relational databases, SQL, Tableau
• BS/BA in Economics, Finance, or related experience

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of industry trends and developments in compensation
• Project management skills to drive small to midsize projects from inception to delivery
