Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support administration of employee life cycle processes
- Process payroll inputs and collaborate with finance team
- Prepare HR reports and metrics
- Participate in annual compensation cycles
- Maintain a structured database of salaries, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support HR team with operational tasks and projects
Mandatory Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in global HR operations
- 2+ years of experience with advanced HRIS platforms – HiBob
- Strong understanding of payroll operations
- Experience with compensation cycles
- Regulatory compliance knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analysis capabilities
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree
