Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support administration of employee life cycle processes
  • Process payroll inputs and collaborate with finance team
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics
  • Participate in annual compensation cycles
  • Maintain a structured database of salaries, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support HR team with operational tasks and projects

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in global HR operations
  • 2+ years of experience with advanced HRIS platforms – HiBob
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations
  • Experience with compensation cycles
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree
