Responsibilities

  • Support assigned business units by providing HR guidance and support
  • Be a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related topics
  • Partner with leaders for workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Lead and support performance management processes
  • Champion employee wellbeing and sustainable performance
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives
  • Conduct compensation analysis and support compensation planning
  • Use HR data for actionable insights and decision making
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legal updates

Mandatory Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of broad HR experience in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and HR best practices
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical environment
