Responsibilities
- Support assigned business units by providing HR guidance and support
- Be a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related topics
- Partner with leaders for workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
- Lead and support performance management processes
- Champion employee wellbeing and sustainable performance
- Drive HR projects and initiatives
- Conduct compensation analysis and support compensation planning
- Use HR data for actionable insights and decision making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation
- Stay updated on HR trends and legal updates
Mandatory Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of broad HR experience in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and HR best practices
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical environment
