Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues
• Deliver world class care experiences
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workforce experience
• Partner closely with centers of excellence
• Deliver personalized care experiences through multiple modes of communication
• Coach end users through HR technology systems and SaaS applications

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience
• Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings
• Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
• Comfortable with heavy use of technology

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Team player
• Adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
• Continuous improvement mindset
