Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance the University’s ERP systems, primarily Workday
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned initiatives
  • Contribute to the optimization of Workday
  • Support system governance, change management, and compliance efforts

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of IT related work experience
  • Experience with enterprise cloud ERP systems, preferably Workday
  • Proficiency in system configuration and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of interface construction
  • Experience in all phases of technology implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in higher education administrative and/or academic computing environment
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Solid experience leading efforts in designing and implementing Workday
