Responsibilities
- Support and enhance the University’s ERP systems, primarily Workday
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned initiatives
- Contribute to the optimization of Workday
- Support system governance, change management, and compliance efforts
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 3-5 years of IT related work experience
- Experience with enterprise cloud ERP systems, preferably Workday
- Proficiency in system configuration and reporting tools
- Knowledge of interface construction
- Experience in all phases of technology implementation lifecycle
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in higher education administrative and/or academic computing environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Solid experience leading efforts in designing and implementing Workday
