Responsibilities

• Analyze needs of functional business areas
• Recommend system solutions or procedures
• Liaison between business and technical departments
• Document and communicate scope of work
• Work with technical team and vendors on solutions
• Facilitate system enhancement requests
• Obtain functional requirements from stakeholders
• Perform feasibility research and analysis for projects
• Create detailed documentation of user requirements
• Support quality assurance and control efforts
• Provide support to testing groups during development life cycle
• Responsible for status reporting and knowledge transfer
• Build and maintain relationships with software vendors

Mandatory Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in business or technical analysis role
• Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification - preferred
