Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Support onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Design and deliver training programs
  • Foster a positive work environment through DEI
  • Mediate employee concerns and support conflict resolution
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Mexican labor laws
  • Maintain accurate records for audits or legal inquiries
  • Use HR metrics and analytics for decision-making
  • Lead HR-related change initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • At least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and employment practices
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in Workday HCM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
