Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
- Support onboarding, and retention strategies
- Design and deliver training programs
- Foster a positive work environment through DEI
- Mediate employee concerns and support conflict resolution
- Ensure HR practices comply with Mexican labor laws
- Maintain accurate records for audits or legal inquiries
- Use HR metrics and analytics for decision-making
- Lead HR-related change initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- At least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and employment practices
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in Workday HCM
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
