Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business partner and coach
  • Establish forward-looking people strategies
  • Works with people managers as a coach
  • Analyze trends and metrics on employee engagement
  • Drive insights from data to improve work relationships
  • Create an HR strategic roadmap for the assigned region
  • Conduct field audits for compliance with labor laws
  • Oversee all HR functions at the plant level

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years of Labor Relations and Union Avoidance experience
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and corporate employment regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Specialized knowledge of HR systems, processes, and procedures

Preferred Requirements

  • MBA
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Bi-lingual skills
