Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach
- Establish forward-looking people strategies
- Works with people managers as a coach
- Analyze trends and metrics on employee engagement
- Drive insights from data to improve work relationships
- Create an HR strategic roadmap for the assigned region
- Conduct field audits for compliance with labor laws
- Oversee all HR functions at the plant level
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of Labor Relations and Union Avoidance experience
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and corporate employment regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Specialized knowledge of HR systems, processes, and procedures
Preferred Requirements
- MBA
- PHR or SPHR certification
- Bi-lingual skills
