Responsibilities
- Provide first point of contact support for HR-related inquiries
- Maintain customer contact until requests are resolved
- Provide accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR requests
- Perform basic administration processing and data input
- Utilize knowledge base tool for customer answers
- Educate caregivers on company practices and tools
- Refer complex cases to appropriate Specialist or COE
- Manage incoming and outgoing forms and information
- Meet key performance measures such as first call resolution
Mandatory Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of applicable Human Resources service delivery experience or 2 years as a HR Service Center Representative I
- Proficiency in Operational Excellence
- Customer service experience
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Project Management experience
- Account Management experience
