Responsibilities

  • Provide first point of contact support for HR-related inquiries
  • Maintain customer contact until requests are resolved
  • Provide accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR requests
  • Perform basic administration processing and data input
  • Utilize knowledge base tool for customer answers
  • Educate caregivers on company practices and tools
  • Refer complex cases to appropriate Specialist or COE
  • Manage incoming and outgoing forms and information
  • Meet key performance measures such as first call resolution

Mandatory Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years of applicable Human Resources service delivery experience or 2 years as a HR Service Center Representative I
  • Proficiency in Operational Excellence
  • Customer service experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Project Management experience
  • Account Management experience
