Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of employee contacts
  • Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Refer to documentation to resolve inquiries
  • Build customer trust through personalized conversations
  • Respond to employee-impacting issues
  • Consult with partner teams on process changes

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent customer support experience
  • Phone and chat communication skills
  • HR knowledge and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in computers
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
