- Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each is resolved with problem-solving
- Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Build customer trust through empathetic conversations
- Respond to employee issues during leave events
- Use judgment and critical thinking for disability, leave, and accommodation requests
- Consult and collaborate with partner teams on process changes
Required Skills
- Customer service and support experience in phone and chat environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to show and demonstrate empathy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to research and find answers or information
