- Managing performance review strategy and process
- Handling compensation discrepancy questions
- Managing employee relations issues
- Contributing to Manager Training Program
- Utilizing data and analytics for business decisions
Mandatory Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience
- Deep understanding of partnering with various functions
- Experience with globally distributed teams
- Project & Change management expertise
- Knowledge of HR programs and practices
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
