• Partnering with functional leaders
• Providing strategic partnership and counsel
• Empowering managers to take accountability
• Supporting managers with insights and recommendations
• Planning and driving effective solutions
• Guiding managers on org development
• Coaching and cultivating managers
• Managing performance review strategy and process
• Handling compensation discrepancy questions
• Managing employee relations issues
• Contributing to Manager Training Program
• Utilizing data and analytics for business decisions

Mandatory Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience
• Deep understanding of partnering with various functions
• Experience with globally distributed teams
• Project & Change management expertise
• Knowledge of HR programs and practices
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Preferred Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with facilitation
