Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders across the GTM organization
- Providing strategic partnership and counsel
- Supporting managers on people-related challenges
- Planning and executing HR solutions
- Guiding organizational development and structure
- Coaching managers through 1:1 interactions and programs
- Meeting with and onboarding new managers
- Setting HR compliance strategy
- Managing employee relations and internal investigations
- Managing leaves of absence
- Creating and delivering training content
Mandatory Requirements
- 7-10+ years of HR experience
- Experience partnering with various functions within the GTM organization
- Experience with globally distributed teams
- Project and change management expertise
- Knowledge of HR programs and practices
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with facilitation
