Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leaders across the GTM organization
  • Providing strategic partnership and counsel
  • Supporting managers on people-related challenges
  • Planning and executing HR solutions
  • Guiding organizational development and structure
  • Coaching managers through 1:1 interactions and programs
  • Meeting with and onboarding new managers
  • Setting HR compliance strategy
  • Managing employee relations and internal investigations
  • Managing leaves of absence
  • Creating and delivering training content

Mandatory Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of HR experience
  • Experience partnering with various functions within the GTM organization
  • Experience with globally distributed teams
  • Project and change management expertise
  • Knowledge of HR programs and practices
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with facilitation
