Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR queries
  • Support employee relations, including restructure and reorganisation matters
  • Review and update HR policies in line with current UK legislation
  • Refine and embed onboarding checklist and processes
  • Implement training plans and help shape longer-term development needs

Mandatory Requirements

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • 2–3 years’ generalist HR experience
  • Experience handling employee relations cases
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in membership or association sectors
