Responsibilities
- Consult with business units for HR guidance
- Conduct regular meetings with business units
- Analyze trends and metrics with HR Team
- Manage complex employee relations issues
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements
- Provide performance management guidance
- Work to improve employee relationships and culture
- Identify training needs for business units
- Manage unemployment claims
- Complete required trainings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- 3-5 years of related experience
- SHRM or PHR certification
- Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos)
- Knowledge of legal requirements for employee management
- Performance management guidance
Preferred Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of HRIS and relational databases
- Reporting tools such as Cognos
- Microsoft Office and Access
