Responsibilities

  • Consult with business units for HR guidance
  • Conduct regular meetings with business units
  • Analyze trends and metrics with HR Team
  • Manage complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements
  • Provide performance management guidance
  • Work to improve employee relationships and culture
  • Identify training needs for business units
  • Manage unemployment claims
  • Complete required trainings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • SHRM or PHR certification
  • Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos)
  • Knowledge of legal requirements for employee management
  • Performance management guidance

Preferred Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and relational databases
  • Reporting tools such as Cognos
  • Microsoft Office and Access
